About Us |

After owning a pattern and mold shop for 19 years, the
previous owner of Post Impressions developed
the concept of unique lamp posts affordable and durable enough for
residential use. This came from the many
patterns for cast iron and cast aluminum reproduction lamp posts that he had
created for Parliament Hill and other locations throughout Canada’s Capital
city of Ottawa.
During his time in the pattern
business, he completed
projects for Built Right Utility Bodies Ltd.
In 2001
he decided to pursue a new career
and transferred the manufacturing and distribution of the product to
our company as an Associated Division.

Since that
time, we have introduced
several elegant and innovative products
to this product-line including the 6ft. and 8ft. square
victorian posts, the driveway, sundial, and mailbox posts as well as
lighting accessories.
We are a member of the Canadian Federation of
Independent Business and the Chamber of Commerce.

Post Impressions is a division of a
large scale fiberglass and plastics
manufacturer servicing many different types of industry
including motorcycle and kayak trailers, truck utility bodies, and
kayaks. We guarantee the quality and care of each product is
